Pro ($20/month) removes those limits and unlocks unlimited chat, unlimited formulation generation, and formula exports (PDF and CSV). Order Samples ($499 per formula) is for when you're ready for a real physical sample you can hold. You get a chemist review, a bench sample produced by a partner lab in about 14 days, and a manufacturing-ready tech pack emailed to you. No manufacturer commitment required. The Launch Package ($1,499 per product) includes everything in Order Samples, plus we source the right manufacturer for your product, coordinate your first sample directly from them so they're set up to run your first PO, and support you through packaging, 3PL, and launch logistics. Rule of thumb: Pro is for exploration. Order Samples is for validation. Launch Package is for going to market.

A chemist-reviewed formula, a manufacturing-ready tech pack PDF emailed to you, and a physical sample produced by a partner formulation lab and shipped to your door. Sample size depends on product category (50 to 100 mL for skincare, 1 unit for a lipstick or mascara, 8 oz for pet grooming, etc.). Turnaround is typically 14 business days after payment. Order Samples is currently available for personal-care categories (skincare, color cosmetics, sunscreen, deodorant, fragrance, intimate care, pet grooming). We're onboarding partners for beverage, supplement, food, candle, and alcoholic beverage sampling.

Each new formulation you generate as a creator counts toward the free cap. Once you've generated 3, you'll need Pro to create more. Existing formulas stay in your account and can still be viewed, shared, and referenced from chat. The cap is per lifetime, not per day, so you can spread it out however makes sense for you.
