Does not run heated oil-in-water emulsions, heat-activated emulsifier systems (such as cetearyl olivate or fatty alcohols), high-shear processing, OTC or medical-grade products, or certified-organic production. MOQ 500 units per SKU for a first pilot run and 1,000 per SKU thereafter; packaging is supplied by the brand. Custom formulation includes up to 4 rounds of samples, and formula ownership transfers to the brand.
