Questions manufacturers ask

Do I pay anything?
No. The customer pays Genie. Your listing and every project are free, and there is no fee on your quote.
What if I pass on a project?
One click, with a reason if you have one. Passing costs nothing, and the reason makes the next match better.
How do you know what I run?
Your page starts from your website and our notes. When you claim it you correct anything that is wrong, and from then on your word is the record.
When do samples get paid?
Before you start. The customer pays your sampling fee through Genie when they approve the project, and Genie settles it with you.
Who is on the other end?
The brand, the chemist who reviewed the formula, and your Genie contact, in one thread with the spec attached. No forwarded email chains.
Why is my company listed?
We build the directory from public sources so brands can see who could make their product. Claiming your page lets you correct it; a removal request takes it down.
